The system is enclosed in a high-quality building with 4-inch thick, R-30 insulated panels for energy efficiency and durability, backed by a ten-year warranty. The interior has a white baked-on polyester coating and is impervious to water and sewage. It will not rot or delaminate and is superior to stud, plywood, or concrete construction. Owning and operating costs are far less than conventionally built-in-place construction.
