A Complete Packaged Station For New or Existing Well Pumps

USEMCO now offers a custom engineered, low cost, low-cost, energy-efficient well house building. The complete station arrives in one piece and is designed to be lowered over a new or existing well pump. Just hook up external piping and power. The station is considerably less expensive than conventional built-in-place structures since it is completely assembled and tested in a controlled factory environment. The building includes a pump room with controls, piping, valves, HVAC, and, if desired, a separate walled-off chemical feed room. The well pump is installed or removed through the roof hatch. If the well ever needs to be abandoned, the entire structure can be moved to the new well location, saving time and money. If a water well ever fails or needs to be abandoned, the entire structure can be disconnected and relocated to a new well site, saving substantial infrastructure costs.
